The Circle

The Circle is a structured, supportive group for female and non-binary youth that creates space for connection, self-expression, and personal growth. Through guided conversations and shared experiences, participants build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

What Is The Circle?

The Circle is an after-school support group grounded in relational theory, resiliency practices, and skill-building. It provides a safe and inclusive environment where participants can speak openly, listen to others, and explore topics that impact their daily lives.

Rather than offering advice or direction, The Circle encourages participants to learn from one another, reflect on their experiences, and grow together in a setting built on trust and respect.

Who is it for?

What Participants Gain

The Circle focuses on building both individual and collective strength by encouraging self-awareness, connection, and open dialogue.

Program Structure

The Circle is offered as a structured, ongoing group experience with guided sessions focused on specific themes. UPC offers several Circle curricula, including topics like identity, social media, body image, and bias.

Each session is built around participation and shared dialogue, with clear group guidelines that emphasize respect, open-mindedness, and confidentiality.

Bringing The Circle to Your School
